Hi everbody! My name is name is Jannis Grüneboom and i'm 25 years old. I live in Mülheim an der Ruhr, which is a small town between Essen, Duisburg, Oberhausen in the heart of the Ruhrarea (in our local slang its called "Ruhrpott"). Actually living in Mülheim is very boring, but compared with others cities around Mülheim has a very high level of quality of live.
Outside university i'm very interested in sports e.g. running, skiing, and gym. I'm also a huge football fan, of course of the best football team in the world Borussia Dortmund. Apart from sports i meet my friends very often, having a beer, make party with them and so on....
I'm very extravert and like the contact to other people thats why i think that we will have a good time together......within and outside university.
Now some facts about my "academical career". In 2004 i started my Bachelor study as an industrial engineer for logistics at the SRH Academy for Economy and Logistics in Hamm, Germany. Hamm is about 30 KM far away from Dortmund in occidental direction. Logistics Management was my specialization from the 3rd till the 6th semester. Because of a scholarship, the academy was a private institution, allocated by a company which has its core authority in conveyor systems, especially for air cargo handling, my Bachelor thesis was very closed connected with this topic. Due to this fact i went to Amsterdam for analyzing and declaring a new type of air cargo terminal. After finishing my Bachelor i made an internship at the Düsseldorf Airport. There i had my own project concerning the future of the air cargo city at Düsseldorf Airport. Now i sit next to in our nice lap and try to improve these skills.....
Concerning my skills Its brave to say that my IT skills are very good, but with regarded to my MS Office skills i would say its on a good level for any kind of presentation, mathematical analyses and document creations. My mother tongue is german but i also speak English and un poco Spanish (my lessons were a long time ago).
In some cases I'm stingy and a little bit perfectionist, but in normal life i think i'm very good to handle, a person who is open for all kinds of suggestion and tolerant. Furthermore i'm reliable and I like working in teams thats why, in the past, i was responsible for the coordination within the teams very often.
